In September 2022, the first Cultivating Communities Summit was hosted in Baxter, MN.  Over 200 people came together to learn, share, laugh, cry, and build deeper connections through curiosity and understanding.  The Sowing Room is excited to share that plans for the second Cultivating Communities Summit in downtown Brainerd, MN is underway! Marketing materials and registration content is being drafted; locations, logistics and other conversations are in process.  

 

This year's CC Summit will again focus on building and sustaining inclusive communities, considering economic development, environmental justice, equity in education and social cohesion/community bridge building
