ORGANIZATIONAL UPDATES
I cannot believe it is July already- June FLEW by!
I spent a portion of June touring around our rural communities, sharing information about The Sowing Room and the projects we are working on. I traveled from Brainerd to Akeley to Coleraine to Virgina- then down to Red Wing, Lansboro and LaCrescent. From the people to the food to the scenery, Minnesota is truly a beautiful state.
Great news- The Sowing Room is officially a Minnesota nonprofit corporation. We just learned that today! Fingers crossed that we have the same success with our federal 501(c)3 application.
Enjoy your summer! And please spread the word about The Sowing Room. Sowers and growers needed to keep our communities connected.
Check our website, as well as Facebook and Linked in to stay up to date on what we are up to.
