5:30-6:30 pm   Boozhoo Nanaboozhoo with Michael Lyons

Michael Lyons is a puppeteer, musician, children's book artist, and comedian.  His daily YouTube live stream podcast, "BOOZHOO NANABOOZHOO" teaches Ojibwe language, history, and culture in creative and comedic ways.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in Indian Education.  He has taught Ojibwe Language and Culture, created Ojibwe language curriculum, served as an Indian Education Director, and authored two suicide prevention comic books.

 He is also an accomplished studio and live musician.  In addition to recording a few albums (and even a tv commercial jingle once), Michael was the lead singer and guitarist for the band, ISHII.
